Supervisors on all their patrol routes will be using special patrol baton recording all patrol routes, points visited, time, and status of the guarded post together with the guard. Such patrols are done at half an hour or one hour interval depending on the various security and practicality reasons.
There are patrol vehicles and motorcycles used by supervisor on routine checks, surprise checks and emergency support. Our patrol vehicles have full time radio communications and they are armed.
To provide professional security services protecting property and staff of our clients securing all facilities and equipment from damage or loss due to violent attack or theft. In emergency cases to carry out specific first responder actions as will be directed by general SOP’s and post orders
As a standard procedure whenever there is a new location that needs to be secured, we would have to conduct a standard security survey and recommend the security cover requirement. This is as per the level of risk exposure and client needs based on available budget. The survey will also take into consideration the existing deployment status
Guards start duty at 0600hrs for the day shift and 18.00hrs for the night shift. Every guarding shift is of 12hrs per shift making a total of two shifts per 24hrs.
Once a guard reports on duty, there should be a handover done by inspecting the guarding location to make sure all is in place before accepting a guarding location. Once inspection rounds are done and all is seen to be well the handover is recorded in a counter book which will be present at every guarded locations. The log book is used to record normal operational activities and procedure together with any incidence at the guarded location on a daily basis. If there is a problem, it is recorded and immediately addressed and a report is immediately relayed to base control centre for further action.
Once the guard signs on duty, immediately he/she starts reporting procedures using the two way ratio system every after one hour. This depends on the location being guarded thus sensitivity, sometime reporting can be done every after half an hour.

The guard supervision system is a modern electronic system that comprises of a metal baton with unique security checkpoint tags. The system will allow monitoring of patrol routes and time producing a report that is used to manage security patrols making sure that patrols are done as directed and within the established time frame. This system will assist guarding by;
1. Make sure that the supervisors are doing their rounds within the prescribed time intervals without missing.
2. Reducing sleeping among guards at night due to the constant supervision
